Took car in for 20k and got it back yesterday. Audi of Arlington is great. Fast, reliable and ..
very very good at customer service !!!
The tech even asked me to drive around with him a bit to check that everything was ok (I had some parts replaced because they rattled).
They even noticed that my wipper blades were streaking and replaced them. I know this IS how its supposed to be.... but let me tell you these guys are light years away from the service my old dealer used to have (wonT dISClose tHEiR name). Im telling you just like night and day. If you are in the VA/DC/MD area its a no brainer !!!!

I didn't see anything about it in the list of things done to it. Is there anything I should know about it? I know they did brake inspection and cleaning but I definately didn't see any haldex info.

Yes, very important . . .
pull out your service manual. In there will tell you that the Haldex system has a special service that is supposed to be performed every 20k! It is something that is not a stock item at the dealers. It is supposed t be ordered in advance of us coming in for service.
Call tomorrow and let them know it was not performed and needs to be.

Its nice to hear that my experience hasn't been repeated... at least I know other owner won't be
as frustrated with them as I was. I guess it was just one of those things. It all started out even before I bought the car (messed up my order and it was late). Guess we chuck it up to personal experiences. Don't get me wrong I think the people that work there are great, its just that I always felt like they were sooo swamped and rushed through things.
