Default top lock sensor

Somehow the sensor in my manual TT convertible top has gone out of adjustment. When the top is securely locked, the warning light is lit on the dash and the windows are both 1/2" down.
I can defeat the problem by putting a strip of cardboard in the sensor well (driver side windshield top)but I want to adjust it so the locking hook engages the switch and closes the circuit as it used to do.
Any way to adjust the damn thing?!

Default I searched the forum and found the following >>

Looks like the switch was bent out of shape.
You could try that.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/tt/msgs/907504.phtml">Roof sensor issues</a></li></ul>
