Default My friend James sold his Rover so he could get the 745...

He went to test drive the 745 and the car wouldn't start when he got into the car for a test drive. Now he has no clue what to get

I told him S8

Default I'm not sure about the new 7's, but my '98 740i has been flawless...wish I could say the same for...

The '02 TT....however minor the problems there have been more than any other new car I've had in recent memory. Nonetheless, I'm quite tolerant, love the car as I've turned the 740i over to my wife, and I drive the TT every day I can. I'd still choose an S or 740 over an A8 any day...the A6 though is realatively nice and competitive with a 5 or E....IMHO

Default My family (and friends, for that matter) have owned BMWs for years...

...and with rare exception they've all (3s, 5s, 7s, and Zs) been extremely reliable.
