When CD play is interuppted by a Traffic Announcement, I am switched back to CD mode when the announcement finishes, but there is no sound and the player ignores all my attempts to change tracks etc.

The only way to regain contorol of the CD player is to eject and reinsert the cartridge.

CD player is standard poineer unit but (UK) dealer fitted not factory fitted. Standard stereo (not BOSE)

Just me right ?

Same thing happened to me up until I turned off after pressing for a few seconds the TP botton...but leave the rds alone. Best thing is read the Bose manual
