I just hate this! We should be out driving!

everything's tight, and I re-torqued - I guess the extra hole is for the shock seat alignment, since no evidence of ever having had a fastener in it:

there is contact between the filler tube and the wheel well - still a possibility - makes a sound, just doesn't seem like enough to be the source:

Swaybar has shifted slightly to the right, and it's connector contacts the lower shock mount:

Last two shots show cracked bushings. Grrr - only been in a year! But is this a problem, and could it actually be the source, since there's really no movement in the assembly?
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/53277/dscn2143.jpg">
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/53277/dscn2145.jpg">
thanks, all!

The bushings aren't cracked, so rule that out. They come split so you can get them over the bar.
I'd pull the shocks and check all the bushings top and bottom. Since the shocks are pressurized, it may be impossible to rule this out while they're on the car...
Also, checked for a loose/failed heim joint on the sway bar links.

Like someone's post the other day, btw, I did notice a bit of bleed when I was lowering last weekend. Thanks - and they've only been in a year too...$$$

and things are tight. This isn't behaving like a failed shock, but then again, my experience with that is 25 years ago on OEM Fords and such...
What's a recommendation for a manufacturer for rear - not Bilstein, I know - but Koni?
