Default TT 17" Wheels

I recently hit a pothole in NYC and busted a tire and scratched a wheel. Luckily, I can make a claim against the city and already have the proper forms to do so. Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone here knows a place in the NYC metro area that does wheel refinishing and "truing".

Will the new 225Q TT's 17" 5-spoke Forged Competition Wheels fit in my 180FWD? They are absolutely gorgeous and look less prone to curb scratches. Finally, how much do these 5-spokes cost and my current 6-spokes cost per wheel?

Thanks!

Default Re: TT 17" Wheels

I beg to differ with Luke's assessment. I believe that the 30 pounders are the 6 spoke wheels that were the optional wheels on the 180s. I think that the new 5 spoke optional wheels are forged and are lighter. Check the infor from the last couple of days.
