I've been lurking for quite sometime and... I cants stands no more! I had to post something! My RavenB/Aviator Gray is now officially two weeks old, and I can't stop thinking about it. It's in the parking lot right now. Sitting.
I crashed my 99.5 Jetta which led to the purchase of my TT. That's so weird - 'my TT'
Anyway - hello - you guys have provided volumes of useful info - I've already done Denny's Privacy Deck fix (it worked!).
Looking forward to many days/weeks/years w/ my TT

Where'd you find the info on fixing that privacy shelf? I don't remember seeing any posts about that for a good 6 months now. Mine never squawked, until this week it started doing it. Of course, Audiworld searching is 3 shades from the color useless, so I've not been able to turn up the very detailed posts about fixing it. I just remember something about silicon gel, or something.

I searched and searched. Never found the original - but I did find enough allusions to it to figure out what to do. Removed the deck, gently (cursing and making grunting sounds) pryed it apart, filled edge and snap points w/ sillicone II gel ($2.95). Then, snapped it back together and let it set for about 24 hrs. No more squeaks.
