I have had so many near crashes, I don't call them near misses, not quite accurate! It does not matter if they are male, female, black, white, hispanic, asian . . .ALL DRIVERS FU(K up! it is a FACT of life. get over it. Hankk, if we were able to rewind your ENTIRE life, I guarantee that you have pissed off your fair share of drivers, you just don't realize it, just like the lady on the cell phone did not know she pissed you off.

Hey! I am one of those "irresponsible cell phone users" .. .
How could you insult me like that? Denny and I were talking about this yesterday.
I asked her if she has been able to drive, shift, talk on the phone and USE her Palm Pilot! She laughed and I said I have done it a few times!
I know, not the smartest thing to do . . .but hey, I guess that makes me a woman! lol

At least I'll wave to say I'm sorry if I've made a bad move on the highway, BUT last night the driver of the Nissan didn't do that. Like I said in my original post, she was just laughing and smiling while she was talking on her cell phone - as if nothing happened.
