Looking for people who have had problems with the hydraulic clutch on the TT Roadster. My 200l has been towed 4 times when clutch failed and in the shop 7 times for the SAME problem. I am having little luck with Audi USA and want to talk to them about buyback or a replacement since it appears I have a LEMON. I'd appreciate any help or advice. Also I would be interested to know if anyone has had any buyback success.
Thanks By the way, I would appreciate receiving replies at my email address of Nanc4Scott@aol.com because I cannot seem to find anything on this forum!

By the way, I have a feeling that there must be two Nanc4Scotts in this forum. What a coincidence. My name is Nanci and I live in Washington.

I purchased the TT used in the Seattle, Washington area. The car originated in Canada and I purchased it with about 4000 miles. I bought it the very last day of 2000, and it has been in the shop most of the time to date. Barrier Motors in Bellevue, Washington has been unsuccessful in fixing my problems and now the car is at University Motors. And they damaged it on the hoist to boot. What happens with my car is that suddenly, without warning, the hydraulic clutch goes to the ground and it is impossible to shift.

Save all your receipts for the attempted repairs by the dealer.
Any correspondence sent to anyone should be by Certified Mail, so you have proof you sent it. Make notes of whom you talked to on the phone and when.
Contact your State Attorney General's Office and ask them for 'Lemon Law form' for you to fill out.
As a last result get an attorney to help you, it may be money well spent. However do as much as you can on your own before retaining one. The more you do on your own the less it will cost you in the long run.
Your car surely would qualify in Pennnsylvania as a Lemon.......Good Luck!
