Default Texas boy is here, albeit swamped, the kids are back, dorms are full, here starts the 15 hour days,

I will formalize the apricot/amareTTo reduction glaze and wildrice stuffing for the pheasant recipe.

Shouldn't the cover photo be the picture of OcTTober eating cake off MichaelTT's engine? I'm sure Michael can point you to the picture.
