Default TT-East Attendees.....Radio communications...>>

Most of the oldsters know all this, but for Noobs attending, bringing along an FRS radio is almost a necessity. A lot of communications typically occur on drives and activities on channel 4 (4 rings ya know!). I just picked up a really nice radio that is a step above the bubble-pak stuff you get at Best Buy etc.

Kenwood UBZ-LH14:

With the right accessories like Mike/headsets, etc. it makes a nice set-up for keeping in touch:

This is a real quality piece of communications gear that's a step above most for those of you wanting something better. Available at Amazon.com for about $60 each....

Kenwood UBZ-LH14 road test

Default Nice radio Steve. I might have to upgrade.

It's especially nice to be warned of upcoming road debris, and roadkill. LOL.
