Have you taken your car to the dealer? What kind of response did you get?

I've spoken to Audi Customer Service multiple times but they are stonewalling. It's incredible to me they know this transmission has a problem but they pretend it doesn't.

Default Re: My dealer replaced my trans for the EXACT same problem. Done at 22k miles 5sp Quattro

Was your dealer able to experience the shifting problem? The dealer I took my car to said it happened to him "once" while he did a test drive but he said it was because he shifted incorrectly.

Default Yes. The tech and I went for a ride and it did it immediately for him...

Mine happened more frequently when you would let first gear wind out then shift to second. Not speed shifting mind you, but normal shifting just from a higher rpm.
