Here in the UK I’m expecting delivery of a solid black 225 Quattro between September & November this year. I had my first chance to sit in one last Saturday at my local dealership. I won’t be able to get a test drive for a few weeks yet so I’m asking all you lucky TT owners. What’s the ride like? Is it quite, smooth and quick? Does it idle happily in traffic jams? Your comments please

...Audi did a great job of making the ride smooth while also giving the handling a sporty character. The 180 HP engine is also very smooth, and could easily be mistaken for a V6, IMO. I don't think you'll have any trouble in traffic. Just be aware of the extremely sensitive brakes, and the fact that it's difficult to see out, especially if you are tall. Both are issues you can overcome if you spend some time in the car and adjust. Enjoy your neww TT! :-)<p>Charles<br>
