(Yet Another Drive By Posting...)
Attention all tri-state TT sushi folk! Break those winter blahs and join us for some raw fish and good times! A casual sushi dinner meet is being planned for Wednesday February 19, 2003, 7:00 PM at Midori Japanese Restaurant in Denville NJ.
IMO, Midori is one of the finest traditional Japanese restaurants in the Northern NJ area. Midori it is NOT one of those icky, stinky, greasy hibatchi style restaurants... this place is a top notch Japanese restaurant and yet affordable! Their Yellowtail Carpaccio and Pepper Tuna with Creamy Wasabi & caviar are to die for! And the rest of their sushi is just awesome!

Midori is BYOB and their staff will serve whatever you bring... they even serve your saki hot in the traditional decanter! To learn more about Midori and for directions, please visit their web site:

If you are interested in attending, please RSVP to peter@tt-east.com on or before Mon Feb 17, 2003 as reservations are a MUST with this restaurant. So far there are three of us - SuiTTman, SuiTTgal, and myself - the more the merrier!

Actually we might have to do our own at our fav restaurant to celebrate my birthday on the 18th. Sushi was also the dinner of choice for my son on his big one-oh (10) birthday...LOL
