My TTQ is due into Charlotte, NC in about a week. Its been 25 years since I've driven a manual transmission. I did OK in the demonstrator, but what's the correct technique to smooth shifts? I've read threads about the TT shifting problems and about running RPMs up and down to match transmission speed--what's the "heel/toe" thing?<p>Was in Greenville, NC on 8/16 and they have a TT FWD for $5K over MSRP! No wonder they haven't sold it! I paid MSRP for mine from VW Audi South in CLT.<p>This is my first posting.. Enjoy the forum!
