My friend bought a used Boxster S for $ 41,000. with 20,000 miles on it, he needed a garage for the weekend so I let him park it at my house, with the option of me taking it out when I wanted. My chipped 225 will kill it up to 80 mph no problem, but after that and around 6000 rpm it will walk on by. It handles very neutral, and I kinda like when the rear steps out...Other than that, I would take my coupe over the S, but I would take the S over a TT roadster...sorry : )

with APR, Borla Exhaust, Forge FMIC etc etc.
They are dead dead even through all the gears...even when I drive the S and he drives my TT

Boxster Ss are mid 5s to 60 and low 14s...since I'm purely a troll formerly from S4 land...what HP does one get with a chipped 225hp TT and what sort of timeslips has anyone got?
Remember "feel" is ALL about torque and isn't really an accurate gauge of speed, I have never actually seen good definitive TT acceleration figures in my years with AW and have always been curious. Seems like you'd need quite a bit of HP to overcome something like 400lbs of "ballast" but chipping the S4s netted a TON of torque and a good amount of HP so was always curious about what the difference was with a TT. I've also never seen really good stock 225 numbers so am interested.
