TTs shipped with synthetic oil?
I recall reading here from time to time that the TT comes with synthetic oil, and that some were disgruntled that dealer service replaced with regular oil (synthetic avail at extra cost).
my dealer never heard of TTs coming with synthetic oil.
What's the deal? if TT comes with synthetic, can someone refer me to the source of this info?

shipped with a special break in oil....
sorry...can't point you to a source on that...just something I've gathered from reading here for 3 years 
alot of us, bring mobil 1 tri-syn to the dealer for oil changes tho.

Synthetic blend. AOA is trying to save money. Find an Audi dealer that services BMW or Porsche.....
if you can as they will have bulk synthetics to use. My dealer uses 5 x 30 BMW synthetic or Mobil 1 if I desired.

Wish I was, had to cancel due to financial reasons. If there is a way,
and you are willing to do it, I will mail you a sample of my oil. Just tell me exactly what to do, and I will comply.
