Two questions on Forge 007?

I've had my 007 for about 20 months now, and have pulled it apart to lube it every 10K miles or so. As Stratmosphere advised, I've used the Mobil 1 red synthetic, but have noted recently that it seems to be getting sticky more often. Even tho I try to just use a smooth film evenly around the piston and the o-rings, seems like excess pushes up to the top and forms a sticky ring that hangs up the piston. Forge's sites says use a high-temp grease such as Mobil 1.
Anyone using a high=temp altenative that won't hurt the o-rings? Anti-sieze? Lithium? other?
Also, here are Forge's instructions for the "pen test".
A simple test that you can perform on your valve is to use a pen and push the piston of the valve upwards against the spring to ensure that it moves without restriction. Then with the piston pushed fully up, ie with the spring compressed, place your finger over the top nipple to form a
seal.
Now remove the pen, keeping your finger in place. The piston should remain in place until you remove your finger from the nipple, at which point the piston will travel back. If this fails to occur please check your assembly.
If you require further help contact:
info@forgemotorsport.co.uk
If the vacuum created by your finger over the nipple won't hold the piston (Schwing 2-washer mod) and the piston slowly moves back down, what's the likely culprit? Air leaking past the O-rings? Spring pressure with washers overpowering the vacuum?
Thx

Can I use Castrol Synthetic Grease to re-lube by Hyperboost HX DV? Also, can it be shimmied and how?
