Up shift to 3rd is grinding. Anyone else with this problem on 01 180 HP (only 18K miles)?

i have the same problem but i have a 225 and it is grinding when i shift in to 6th

Default Yes. I had the same problem.
Search the forums for my posts and my story.
Bottom line: bad synchros in your transmission.

Default probably bad synchros. That's covered by warranty.
I know kirby has this problem, and SparTTan had it also, and had it fixed (search for his posts). Since the dealership "could not replicate", he took a video of it happening.
I had my 2nd gear grind, the synchros were change under warranty.
