The Sales Manager at Bell Audi called me:

This was the message I received:

Mike,
This is ........, the sales manager over at Bell Audi. I received your email on your bad experience and I am extremely concerned. Please call me back at ........... ext ....

and move on...trust me Bell has a history of being a crappy dealer...not buying a car from them is a good thing...
