The paint did look to thin, but the instructions from Deltron said to use 1:1
and if there were any additives, it would have been 3:1:1/2.
Since this is my first time, is there a problem with having used 1:1?

my "ghetto booth" was in the garage, with one fan blowing from the inside
and another at the doorway, that way I had constant aircirulation going out. I only crossed my fingers that no dust got on the paint. ;-)

Local automotive parts and paint store had it....but it's cheap online
