Default UUC Velocimax Exhaust Update

Ok... I only have 200 miles on the new exhaust but I can't say it enough. I am very impressed.

This exhaust allows the engine to breath above 4,000 RPM.

As others have said, it is much louder than the stock system. My father heard it today after waterskiing and commented that it made the engine seem like it was somewhere between a v6 and v8 in sound.

At idle, it bubbles. If you are standing behind the car you definitely hear and some would say you feel it.

It is noticably louder than stock all the way up to 2,500 RPM. From 2,500 - 3,500 it is slightly louder than stock. Above 3,500, it actually doesn't seem louder at all. You can tell that the engine has more room to breath with the less-restrictive system.

I liked driving the car up to 6,000 RPM before. Now I love it! It is amazing how responsive the system feels.

I'm still hoping it does get quieter. Then I'll have the best of both worlds. ;-)

I'll leave it at that.

Default It depends... you still watching grass grow? ;-)

Yup... thinking about an MTM chip. I think tires are my next upgrade though.

I'm finding the extra boost gets the Blows squealing around turns a little sooner than with the stock exhaust. Of course this doesn't apply with low RPM situations...only when I'm pushing the car a little harder.

I'll probably get some 730's when the Blows are closer to bald.
