Default VAG-COM login

I'm trying to zero the longitudinal accerelation sensor using VAG-COM, but I have to go through the login procedure (Function 11) and am having trouble. I enter the code from the Bentley manual #40168, but I am still not allowed to adjust the appropriate measuring block #069. Any ideas? Do I need some other code or dealership number?

There is an error code that is being thrown by the longitudinal acceleration sensor. Could this be keeping me from adjusting or zeroing out the unit?
