Default VAG software question

OK, so today, I went out with a co-worker to recode his S4 to do the one-touch lock, windows with the remote, and auto-lock/unlock features. While doing so, I said to myself "Hey, I still need to do that NAV fix that the TSB covered a while back, since mine has been acting funny, just like the TSB says". So I printed it out and took it with. Hooked the laptop up to my car after we were done with his, and for some odd reason, I could get into every module just fine (engine, instruments, etc), except the Nav module. Does anyone have any idea why I'd not be able to get into one of the modules? The software itself didn't give me an error, but rather, it simply crashed every time I tried (fatal exception).

I'm thinking it is likely just a bug with the Ross-Tech software, but I'd like to see if anyone else has seen this before I actually report to Ross-Tech.

Thanks.

It's not a "bug" if that part of the VAG-COM software has not been programmed in.

Default It's listed as a module, and when I click it (more)

It goes through the motions (you know getting info, all that 'try 1' stuff), and then hangs. Eventually, it gets a fatal exception and bombs out. I've been told the nav module should work fine. I suppose I should report it to Ross Tech.

I stand corrected, that's a "bug".
