Default most likely because you kept the lighter pulley in there. when i had the lighter pulley in..

i couldn't stand the vibration on steering wheel as well. couldn't even see out the rear view mirror either. i put the stock pulley back in and all was well. still some minor vibration...but no where near what i was with the pulley.

Default Have the VF mounts on borh sides (not dogbone), highly recommended.

Little vibration if torqued down to specs, very worth it IMHO if you need mounts and the "function" is more important than a little vibration to you.

Default Question >>

What did you use to adjust the idle. Vag-com has a very limited adjustment range, lemmiwinks doesn't.

Used both Evan. Neither seemed to raise above 800. If it works for you, great!

Default Yeah, That's what I came to...>>

Still have the lightweight pulleys. Sold the stock ones early on. No problems with this setup though.

Default ...

I didn't know if you tried that so I wanted to make sure you were aware of the other program.

Default I guess that's why I needed to make a large idle adjustment >>

I never tried it with the stock pulley on to see if the vibration went away when the idle was set to the original setting.

Default That's what I used first. Not sure the APR chip has anything to go with it...>>

but according to Audi, 800 is as high as it will go.

Default i was thinking about the idle...but going back to the stock pulley made the biggest difference

in vibration. much smoother and tolerable.
