Warped rotors after only 1 year of use. Should I just swap the rotors or do both rotors and pads?

The pads have plenty left on them but I'm not sure if its a good idea to go throught the trouble of swapping rotors and leave the pads in. I have a set of new rotors sitting in my office so it would be nice if I didn't have to worry about ordering the pads but if you guys think its not a good idea to keep the used ones in, then I might as well place an order.

Default Might not be warped...>

Sometimes pad material buildup on the rotor can give a feeling like that. Run her up to about 150 and stand on the brakes to burn that stuff off!!....:-)

Mine get lumpy every once in a while...

Default I hope you mean kms :-). Actually it got pretty bad lately.

During slow stoppage I can feel the wheel rotation through the brake pedal. Things get much worse when the brakes are heated up and during high speed stoppage -> front end rattles really bad with lots of shake through the pedal and steering wheel. Feels so bad I almost don't want to drive the car. "almost"

Default Zimmerman x-drilled. Supplier stated they where cast not drilled so I figured they will hold up.

I used Zimmermans X-Drilled on my old A4 and was very happy. I guess TT is another beast. I have a set of brembos which will be going on instead. I'll also try a different pad. PBRs which went on with Zimmermans still look clost to new one year later. Maybe they are to tough and hence overheat the rotor. I'll try to go with a different pad this time around.
