Offering a loaner is not a part of your warranty; it's <b>solely</b> up to your dealer if they offer loaner cars or if you're off to Enterprise.

For example, I think things that are debilitating and are long term due to Audi's inability to supply parts (e.g. blown turbos) usually result in Audi picking up the tab. Scheduled maintenance usually does not, unless your dealer normally provides loaners...

Each dealership is given a certain amount of cars that are to be used as loaners. Most dealerships however sell those cars and keep some profit and use the rest to work out deals at local car rental places such as enterprise. This is something that AudiUSA does not apparently pay too close attention to. Personally i think that i should get a equivilant car to mine (225QTR)but then again, guess there is no others like it...Maybe they need Porsche loaners instead then...hehehe
