I'd stop dealing with the regional rep and see if you can lemon it...
Here's a link to a <a href="http://www.oag.state.ny.us/consumer/cars/qa.html">NY State FAQ page on Lemon Laws</a>...look around and see if you have a claim.
It's not up to Audi to proclaim it a lemon if the state deems it one under the law.
