door edges and wheel centers are almost identical.. which would indicate greater front over-hang

Default i agree...re-tooling wouldnt be done just for a six. if you look at the wheel base in the

picture the six looks shorter. I dont think the the pictures are the same...agree whith the plastic could be stretched...but nothin is sheet metal was changed. just look at the head lights did they change the units, it sure looks like it in the picture but i dout it

Default two different lenses, distortion is different...

notice how they seem to differ at the nose and rear. that is cause by the different lenses. one is flatter the other is warping on the ends. the top looks like it was shot with a 35mm, the bottom most likely was 2 1/4 format.

Default I think the chassis and tooling is for the most part the same but the fenders, skirt, shell...

(hatchback) are different.

Default agree with that but the difference is too great ...look at the nose and rear...

...the nose is 1.5-2x that of the 225/180 and the rear 1.3-1.6...
