TT (Mk1) Discussion Discussion forum for the Mk1 Audi TT Coupe & Roadster produced from 2000-2006

Well, I still don't like the new grille. Any chance it can be kept off the next gen TT?

Default deuterium?

From Boeing website:
"Deuterium is a stable, naturally-occurring isotope of hydrogen with an atomic mass of two (one proton and one neutron). There is approximately 1 part of deuterium to 5000 parts of normal hydrogen found in nature. Deuterium is sometimes called heavy hydrogen. When combined with oxygen, the oxide form is referred to as heavy water and is used to moderate fission reactions in certain nuclear reactors."

Reactors are the closest thing to hell, so there's a chance? There's still hope. :-)

Default It's not THAT bad, but...

I do think that like the back end of the Bangled Bimmers, the new grill on the front end is going to be what sticks out as being prospective buyers' least favorite part of the new design. On the A8L in Detroit, it didn't look so bad when side-by-side with the old grill. That being said, I think I'm having a REALLY hard time envisioning myself liking it on a TT. Maybe ABT can release a version of it that I'll eventually like, though.
