Well, that was a lot of work for nothing. Worse vibration now than before....guess I'm off to the

bought me a torque wrench today (arr arr arr) and tightened those lugs to 90 lbs... plus put my extra caliper decals on the hubcaps (looks cute). No wiggles or vibrations (thank goodness... your experience dragged me out onto the bypass to check 'em out at 80).
On top of all that, my near-by neighbor (not the nice one that helped with my wheels) that has the mustang (black nose, purple doors, silver rear... ack!) was next to me at a stoplight today and I couldn't resist... yeah i know he has a V8 but he also needs a tune up badly (chug chug chug) and he now has a bit of insight into what's under the hood of my cute little car.
IOW, he caught up to me by the time I hit 50 mph and slowed down for the upcoming police barracks, but not until then. I had three car lengths on him at first.
<evil, self-satisfied laughter> Surprised the hell out of him, which was my intent. :-D
Here are the hubs with the decals... subtle but different.

I don't have yet another freaking spacer problem. They are the same ones I've been using and seem fine, hope it's just a tire balance issue.

Can you see a tacked on wheel weight on each wheel? Sometimes they come lose - even brand new. The stick-on kind seem most prone to that...
Yeah, it is possible a wheel/tire won't need one cause they balance each other perfect but I think I've seen that all of one time in my whole life...
