The ****er won't come out. It turns just fine, but it won't slide out. Whacking with a hammer does nothing but botch up the end of the threads.
Any ideas?

Is it possible that the bolt is locked by not being aligned with the flat of the bolt against the flat of the eccentric?

We've cut away at the rubber part of the KMAC, and are down to the metal, but can't seem to cut through that.
The KMAC still turns just fine when we turn the bolt. It just won't slide out. We're stumped.

We are trying to cut through it now between the control arm and the bracket -- that metal KMAC sleeve is pretty hard steel though.

Where there is a will there's a way. Three sawzall blades later, and we finally got through it. What a PITA. As you can see the bolt has completely become one with the metal barrel. (Tip for those installing KMACs -- if you ever think they will need to be removed, coat liberally with anti-sieze.)

Those CPT arms sure are nice. Why can't OEM parts be this nice??
