Neighbors say "too noisy"? THEN DON'T LIVE BY A STADIUM!! Sheesh!
These whiners got their houses cheap because they are smack dab next to a freakin' stadium. Now they want to complain about NOISE?

I agree, but ...
The organizers kind of brought it on themselves by not getting all of the facilities together on time. They didn't have the sound barriers up for the first two days of the event, which is what led to a lot of the complaints last year.
