Default 2.5"....>

same as stock. Doesn't seem to matter much as there's a Smaller restriction downstream at the MAP pipe..

Nice! Except for not having the flanges, which we discussed before.

Default there's mention of the DV take-off...although you have a DV relocation, this pipe has the

DV port on it.

without the baffles...i would assume that this may increase HP or offer more air to turbo?

Default Ryan has not relocated his DV yet...>

so he specified the port. What makes you think it woll flow more air? Same ID, and the OEM "Muffler" is just a resonator with no restriction to flow. Testing will tell I suppose..

Default Those posts are from 10/2005. Did Phil end up making up some and is selling them again?

Will powder coating withstand the heat for this application? : )

Default Be aware, more heat makes it through the charge pipe...

Myself and at least one other person have had the N249 take-off hose fail, probably due to the additional heat.

I suggest that you replace the standard rubber hose with some 8mm reinforced silicone hose from someone like SFS or Samco.

Another member of the UK TT Forum also noticed that his intercooler spray was firing much more regularly, again due to the additional heat.

Simon.

Default I believe he's still doing them.....>>

Ryan just got this one. I believe there was a minor re-design from the first batch. There is high temp (1000 degree) PC available...

Thanks for the N249 advice. Any reason for the additional heat?
