What the #$%! is with the Temperature Fans?????

I know what he is talking about; the fan doesn't return to it's last speed at start up until the
the car can hits the temperature set. So when you first start you car, the system tries to be smart and not blow the wrong air temp out the vents until the set temp is reached, then it gradually increases. It took me a while to get use to this, first car I have driven that has don't that.
The auto feature will also do this, but it will do it constantly, not just at start up.
