what is best ECU tuning (Chip)?

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/50555/xchipvsstockchip.jpg"></center><p>this was my base line dyno and chip level w/ 91 gas to all 4 wheels. 44.5 lbs/ft to the wheels equals the advertised 55 lbs/ft of torque to the crank
the TT 225 is rated at 225 hp, 207tq when in reality it has more torque than hp when stock. so if chip company A gets 290 lbs/ft of torque and chip company B gets 290 lbs/ft of torque but company A uses 207 as the base number and company B uses the real base number of 230ish, company B states they gained more torque.
this is what Revo does. they use the 207 tq level as a base level and GIAC uses the actual gain on top of the higher than factory rated 207. in reality , as you can see from the dyno that the car is about 240 lbs ft
