I don't believe it's your parking preferences or anything related to your car that's bothering her. If I were you, I would call her and ask her what's bothering her, IMHO. She might be upset at you on something elso, but didn't know how to express it. So, she used the incident your described as a way to relief her frustration. Please don't quote me on this. I am just guessing.

If you have some time invested in the friendship and she makes an effort, then sure why not try to forgive and forget.
However, if the situation is anything other than this and/or she makes no effort, screw her. There are plenty of others out there who will show you more respect than that.
Maybe you should make more male friends. They'll understand why you park as you do, and they probably won't mind driving either!
