Don't waste your time, IMO.

Obviously, she is jealous of your fine car.

Default I think you outlined your own answer...you are not going to change and she will not too...

then part as respectful friends...or tell each other 'outa my life'

Default Boo Boo disapproves of this technique, says you should torture her cat, instead...

And he says if she doesn't have a cat, you'll have to kick the neighbor's cat, or any other cat, for that matter.

Here kitty, kitty... punt!!!

;-)

Default i'd give her (one) benefit of the doubt -- she may have been having a bad day...

but she needs to apologize to your tt!

Default Sounds like there is something elso goin on here.

I don't believe it's your parking preferences or anything related to your car that's bothering her. If I were you, I would call her and ask her what's bothering her, IMHO. She might be upset at you on something elso, but didn't know how to express it. So, she used the incident your described as a way to relief her frustration. Please don't quote me on this. I am just guessing.

Default I certainly think she owes you an apology...

If you have some time invested in the friendship and she makes an effort, then sure why not try to forgive and forget.

However, if the situation is anything other than this and/or she makes no effort, screw her. There are plenty of others out there who will show you more respect than that.

Maybe you should make more male friends. They'll understand why you park as you do, and they probably won't mind driving either!
