Things like this are the reason I don't buy from TTstuff anymore.
They are severely lacking in the customer service department.
Also, much of what they sell gets drop-shipped from locations other than their NY facility. Ie: I ordered Koni Sports from them, which were actually shipped from Shox.com in Texas IIRC.
