Default the 22mm is for those with a 25mm upgraded front sway...the 19mm rear is suitable for those without

front upgrade....look at my prior posts on this...

...the 19mm rear upgrade alone is superior in some ways to the 25 front and 22 rear...I have had alll the combos stock>19mm rear>22mm rear>+25mm front

Default Only use the 22mm if...>

You upgrade the front bar to 22 or 25mm. Othrwise you'll have a tail happy oversteering situation. (unless you're an EXPERT driver of course.)

Would that be the same for a FWD 180?

So putting the 28mm on the rear by itself is ok then while keeping the front stock?
