Default Think of this as a very kewl "reversed" version of the VERY outdated>>

wheel you're looking at. They were neat in 1978, but wouldn't work on a late model high offset application. Call up Max or Sasha at Edge Racing, and order a set of these babies up. They ALWAYS look good on a TT...... guaranteed!

Default lol. those scarves are a riot... got so distracted above post^^^^belongs below

I think the Sportecs are currently the best looking TT wheel though having 2 other sets now (forged 5 spokes & mille miglia cello's for winter)not really in the market. Point of thread was to stimulate design discussion. Agree the old design is outdated, learned something about offset limitations but still would like to see some wheel mfr. do a modern adaptation of the concave fins like the BMW below but with thinner spokes.

Default American Racing made the "Hurricane I, II, & III"; and Western made a "Cyclone" that looked...

very similar. I had Hurricane I s on my '78 Firebird. Nice looking, but difficult to clean and pretty fragile (careful over RR tracks). Those look like Hurricane II s.
