Default what does that (MPH) with a 1 mean?
on the center display?

and don't say RTFM because i can't read.

Default it means a really annoying chime will sound when you hit the programmed speed.
a most pointless function, it seems.

push and hold the left cluster button while moving and you can turn it off

Means go at least 130mph, hit the button again and you shouldn't hear it again until 130+ next time
