What is the freakin connector thing attached to the rear drivers control arm? little plastic arm

Default What is the freakin connector thing attached to the rear drivers control arm? little plastic arm

that breaks if you look at it? i'm assuming it's a yaw sensor or some garbage, would it affect my ABS operation?

mins busted also... headlight adjustment I believe

Ding! It is the level sensor for the HID lights.

Default will not affect ABS>>>

check for a broken lead on the back of the caliper....then tend to get bent over and one of the leads could be broken....

Default oh, the abs is fine, at least mostly... i didn't realize the headlight sensors were on the back.

does that make sense?

abs is just a son of a bitch on uneven pavement at autocross (which we have a lot of, and it caused some heart stopping moments last week, I'm actually considering pulling the fuse next time.)

Default Headlight level controller breaks easily. Here is the $2 fix.......

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/77447/splinted.jpg"></center><p>Buy some plumbers pipe hanger metal strap. Cut off a couple of inches, bend as shown and bolt to the remaining hole in arm. The large holes in this extension line up perfectly to the linkage and the strap is stronger than the original plastic.

If this is too ghetto for you, the dealer can sell you a new switch for about $200.
