Just started looking and was wondering in any of you could share some info about good deals on zero down lease programs on the 2000 TT... 24 month... 36 month... What is the going rate on those lease terms with regular drive off fees. LMK, Thanks, Todd

I am up in Canada and all Audi TT are coming in at 8.5% lease rate. That translates on a loaded 180hp quattro to around CAN$850 plus tax with O down and $34,775 buy back after 36 months. That would equal US$575 a month with 0 dwon and US$23,500 buy back. The list of the TT loaded here is CAN$53,500 or US$36,150. If you can get a lower lease rate you will save major bucks

My financing was a little more creative, a home equity line of credit at a rate of prime minus 1/2 percent with no closing costs and no down payment. The nice thing is that the term is 15 years with another 10 years after that to pay off the principal (not due till 2025!) and minimum payments are interest only, keeping minimum monthly payments on 100% financed car to just over $200 per month! Of course I can pay as much as I want to pay of the principal as quickly as I want. I get the titile to the car now free and clear, and if I drop dead, well, that will be the kids problem as they inherite the house. Firstar Bank has this good rate now, so if you have lots of equity in your home and no dependents to worry about, check it out.
