What kind of glue would hold together rubber hose that may have separated?

Default I think if you can get one of the companies to work with you then

more power to you and kudos to the company that took care of it....that would be above and beyond customer service. That being said...

If you cant seem to get something going, maybe you could consider one really wide clamp..or two clamps if possible.

Also you *could* add a metal coupler and add some length to the pipe and cutoff the bad part.

Default put it back on, smear some high temp silicone around that area, let it dry and then clamp it...

Clean the hose really well though so the silicone sticks to it.
