There is the slightest chance that it's true..
But i'd doubt it... PES did a supercharger for the 1.8t before. I think a dual system is doable but a piping nightmare.

also says his car doesn't have a turbo... but has stage 3
APR Stage 3 Turbo Upgrade Components (Exhaust Header, croosover pipe, turbo inlet, downturn, MAF Housing, Air Horn, intake heat shielding, flow straightner) w/o turbocharger
also says he has heated front seats but from the look of it... the seats are cloth centers and the dash doesn't have the buttons for heated seats
