Default bet that $5k can easily be dumped back into the car for performance though

so the savings may work for some but not for others.....

Default Hah! Hah! that's a good one...

It is amazing how human nature forces us to segregate people because of differences and find reasons to start a feud. Hmmm, I can't imagine why TT owners don't wave to each other?

If a different impellar and some connecting rods (which means nothing unless you start pushing over 350 crank hp) make it a real Audi, then I'm laughing all the way to the bank.

Default you are mis-informed.

The primary differences between a 225 QUATTRO and a 180 Quattro is:
1. turbo, not bigger, just different impellar and porting.
2. connecting rods, who cares
3. compression ratio
4. extra IC

And also, its not the spark plugs that are different, its the injectors.
