What is the pricing for Del Rio stage 3 and how does it compare to APR stage 3+

He is an advertiser on this site. He can discuss pricing and availability. I plan on posting a full write-up and review tomorrow morning if I get it finished on time. I know he was sort of waiting until I share my experiences and feedback.
And like Peter said, you'd need someone who has driven both which would be hard to find. But I would imagine that they are going to be fairly similar. There may be minor pluesses or minuses one way or another but we're talking about "similar" power levels. I would compare it to the differences between different chip manufacturer's in that they are all close to one another but there are differences.

is location. If you have an installer close by that works with a particular brand then you may want to favor that brand. Unless of course you're brave / knowledgable enough to unstall it yourself (like many on this forum).
I'd add also that advertised peak power should not be the ultimate goal. Big turbos have downside. Look toward driveability.
And go with the Big 3......
