What is this stuff, so cold to the touch, that disappears on the tips of my fingers?

Default What is this stuff, so cold to the touch, that disappears on the tips of my fingers?

It was on my roof. And on my hatch. And a little on my door.

When I opened the hatch I touched the edge it cracked off onto the ground. The pieces on the ground looked like that little starry symbol in my dash. And there it was, the green starry symbol! Is that what created the stuff that was cold to my touch and disappeared on my fingertips?

I was a little lost. I feared for the cost. Into the car my coat I tossed. And then I recalled, and I "LOL'd" for it was nothing more than...

FROST!

We don't even get a good layer of frost that sits on cars but once a year or less. Being near the river, the temp stays a few degrees above further inland areas.

And in case you couldn't tell, I had little icicles hanging off the hatch!

Happy FrostDay!

Default Left the digicam in the baby's room last night and she was sleeping when I left. :(

I'll be more prepared tomorrow.
