Do you remember the gauge, is it 22ga?
The reason I ask is because I'm gonna use one of those fancy squeeze connectors. I am anticipating there isn't too much room in there to splice and butt connect so I am taking the easy way out. Hence it would be good to know gauge size.

Those crimp devices are not meant for the smaller gauge wire, and don't think you can simply squeeze it harder.

I use to sell those things about 10 years ago. They were crap then. I think I'll rethink it, thanks, Jeff.
