Default What is the wire gauge of the light blue/grey wire

going into the light switch? This is the one Steve advised to tap into for dimming of boost gauge. Thanks.

It comes of the dimmer for the interior lights and dash.

Do you remember the gauge, is it 22ga?

The reason I ask is because I'm gonna use one of those fancy squeeze connectors. I am anticipating there isn't too much room in there to splice and butt connect so I am taking the easy way out. Hence it would be good to know gauge size.

Default it is about that size, and don't use those crappy things. strip the insulation, twist and tape at...

the least.
Those crimp devices are not meant for the smaller gauge wire, and don't think you can simply squeeze it harder.

I use to sell those things about 10 years ago. They were crap then. I think I'll rethink it, thanks, Jeff.
