Default Shudder to think! If you ask me...

which I know you haven't, the most flagrant and offensive example of forced, inauthentic boob-tube behavior is that of the butler on "Joe Millionaire". They're building him up to be this proper, English estate butler, but the guy's clearly a fraud. He's not English! He's a Kiwi or an Aussie (while not the same, I don't know which he is), and he's only been a butler since like 1999! Proper butler, my a$$ - he was man-servant to some lucky-bubble club, bratty, internet millionaire. Then again, the show's whole shtick is predicated on fraud, so what can you expect.

Default When I said "TV," I meant the State of The Union...

The rest really is lost on me. That, and I get REALLY animated if I'm subjected to it for any length of time... Which never leads to good things. :-/

It's really better that you don't know about it all.

Default Do you think I am obligated to make known, the real identity of "Old skEwl Sting?"

It amuses me, for now, to not.

Default What odd manner of television are you watching these days?

<center><img src="http://cagle.slate.msn.com/working/030129/wells.gif"></center><p>
I sat riveted following our leaders' triumphant explanation of global disorder listening to a tsunami of wisdom that pacified and satiated any further yearning for information. I am utterly confident that I now know everything that could ever be known in the universe and thus opinion and debate are obsolete and foolishly romantic vestiges of an era I deny ever existed.

;-)
